Hospitals are at the frontline in large-scale crises like the recent event, #COVID19 or 2015 EQ. In my recent visits to🏥I saw @WHONepal & @mohpnep strengthening disaster readiness via HOPE training & Preparedness Plans in 122 hospitals, making🇳🇵health system stronger to respond.

In the aftermath of the protests, I saw the extraordinary dedication of doctors & nurses at Trauma Center, Civil, Patan & Teaching Hospitals, 36-hrs shifts, countless surgeries, countless lives saved. Their sacrifice may not always make headlines, but they are the unsung heroes🙏🏼
