TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOR YUHUA NATIONAL DAY CARNIVAL 2025. The Yuhua National Day Carnival 2025 will be held on Saturday, 2 August 2025. To facilitate the event, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9am on 2 August 2025 to 2am on 3 August 2025:.

As City Hall MRT station, Esplanade MRT station, Raffles Place MRT station and Bayfront MRT station are expected to be very crowded during dispersal, members of the public are advised to use alternative stations such as Promenade MRT station, Downtown MRT station and Marina Bay.

Post-Event Dispersal.After the Parade has ended, dispersal is likely to be slow due to the large crowds expected around the Padang and in the Marina Bay vicinity. Members of the public are advised to be patient and to follow the directions of the marshals and the Police.

Similarly, motorists proceeding to Suntec City and Marina Square from Bras Basah Road, Esplanade Drive, Nicoll Highway or Raffles Boulevard are to use alternate routes via Bayfront Avenue or Rochor Road leading to Temasek Boulevard.

Motorists are advised to plan their routes early and avoid these roads. Members of the public travelling to these affected areas are strongly encouraged to use public transport.

Traffic delays are expected along Battery Road, Beach Road, Bras Basah Road, Collyer Quay, Guillemard Road, Hill Street, Marina Boulevard, Mountbatten Road, North Bridge Road, Ophir Road, Raffles Avenue, Raffles Boulevard, Raffles Link, Republic Boulevard, Rochor Road, Temasek.

During the closure, access will only be granted to authorised vehicles as well as Police and emergency vehicles. Police officers, auxiliary police officers, security officers and Singapore Armed Forces marshals will be deployed at the affected junctions to assist and direct.
