Patients with Vaccine-induced Immune Thrombocytopenia & #Thrombosis (VITT) . ▶️disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) displaying plasmin-α2-antiplasmin complex . & plasmin generation ▶️ fibrinogenolysis, fibrinolysis ➕ FXIII consumption.
