Today is World Metastatic Colon cancer awareness day. Stage 4 is when the tumour in the bowel has spread to other organs. Charlotte was diagnosed stage 4 BC with extensive met spread to her peritoneal cavity,stomach lining and lymph nodes she was just 18 years 💔 #knowthesigns
