Controversial opinion. This is NOT a good penalty. Hitting it into the top corner is the hardest place to put it and if you do this 100 times you will miss significantly more than if you just picked a corner and went there. Yes he scored this time but try that 100 times more and

Tried running in November, a few months after being given the all clear from stage 4 head & neck cancer. Managed 1km and thought id need an ambulance home for the pain. 11 months later I've given it another go. Ran through the pain this time. No ambulance anyway. Posting so I
