5/ What's the catch? . Impermanent Loss.=> This happens when token prices move too much. Sometimes, you'd earn more by just holding the tokens outside the pool.

4/ How do you earn with LP tokens?. Every time someone swaps tokens in your pool, you get a share of the trading fee — based on how much you contributed. More trading = more fees for you 🔄

3/ But LP tokens do more than just prove ownership. They can also be:.✅ Staked to earn extra yield.✅ Used as collateral for loans.✅ Traded (in some protocols).Yep — your “receipt” can actually earn more money 🔁

2/ LP Tokens are like a digital receipt 🧾. They show:.✅ What pool you joined.✅ How much you added.✅ Your share of the rewards.
