What’s the likelihood of drought and more hosepipe bans? . It’s complex but just looking at rainfall since the start of the hydrological year (Oct 24), it has been one of the driest since 1976 and below average rainfall expected for rest of summer ⬇️.

Extremely rare - and the highest clouds (above 40 miles in the mesosphere) - were spotted in the UK last night. Noctilucent, also known as 'night-shining' clouds are only seen in the summer where the sun illuminates ice crystals in the cloud. Stunning. 😍
