Crucial when considering psychological safety is preparing actors for their sessions in healthcare education. Role portrayal, safety nets, audience mix are just some of the areas covered. Underlying this, are our ethical principles which align with the @ASPiHUK standards.

The last few weeks have been centred on selecting and preparing child actors for the upcoming paediatric trauma training. Bringing ‘high truth’ (fidelity) to trauma simulations by involving child simulated patients is important from so many angles @pier_network @SimWessex
