Anyway, these are personal opinions so don't take them too seriously. I'm also seeing some fanarts that make the design look cool, I think the official render is just not doing it much justice.

-Made the back wings a bit bigger; they looked weirdly tiny in comparison to the head-wings in the original and made the design feel unbalanced to me, I think they should be same size or bigger. -Tried to give the feathers on arms and legs a bit of a stronger silhouette.

I feel this looks more natural because it resembles a rattlesnake. -Gave the head-wings more attachment surface so they look more like the hoods on snakes like cobras. Also gave them the little swirly Dragonair has, which gives them more personality.

My changes (considering that it seems to borrow traits from Dragonair):.-Gave it longer neck & tail to make it more snakey. (I'm biased, I💖long dragons lol).-Added Dragonair's neck pearl to match the tail and made the tail have more than 1 pearl since just 1 looks awkward imo. .
