No surprise that Niantic remains an unserious/unprofessional company. After announcing months ago their most expensive league to play in was coming today, they announce they're replacing it *4 hours* before it would've gone live, without any explanation, or even an apology.

I haven't noticed any change to this mechanic in my battles to date, so am I misunderstanding the rule? Or has this particular game mechanic changed without my noticing?.

Which, while Niantic has previously stated they want the Charge Move to take priority over Fast Move damage, is not how it's actually worked historically, where the Fast Moves damage *would* take priority over the Charge Moves (with sporadic exceptions).

"Fast Attack Prevents Charge Attack" sounds like if Swampert throws one 2-turn Mudshot and then Hydro Cannon on Turn 3, but gets KOed by Azumarill's 3-turn Bubble, that's disputable.

I would appreciate any clarification about this rule in the updated rules for Pokemon Go at NAIC: @PoGoKieng @ScrapinPete @KevinSaludares (or @ any other Professor)
