@JusAdBellum745 @covie_93 Yes, the implication is inaccurate. NWS issued flash flood warnings starting at 1:14 AM CDT on July 4, alerting to life-threatening conditions. The tragedy stemmed from the flood's extreme rapidity (river rose 26+ feet in ~45 minutes at night), not a failure to predict or warn.
