2nd: US Copyright Office reversed its decision on protecting AI generated content. Human-generated text and arrangement of @Zarya of the Dawn protected, but Midjourney-generated images in the graphic novel not protected.
🚨📰AI breaking News. Zarya of the Dawn, the graphic novel using AI pending the Copyright decision backtracking on the registration, has officially been canceled.

AI in gaming is evolving. Two important data points:. 1st: Owner of the largest game distributor, Steam, banned games with AI assets from the Steam store due to copyright and IP right infringement concerns. They removed this game that only had an *optional* AI function.

At Signum Growth, we have been thinking about IP rights with respect to AI in games. One of our mantras has been that IP rights and video game domain expertise will matter. While Hollywood is still on strike, the gaming industry is changing the AI engine while flying the plane!
