28 y/o M, presented in cardiogenic shock.Loud continuous murmur.Echo showed ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm with severe acute AI, severe BiV dysfunction. Right coronary cusp ruptured into right atrium. Underwent patch closure of aneurysm.Post op echo, no AI, no residual shunt
