The mess with @KLM at @Schiphol is unbelievable. Lost my language after long delays. I am stranded with the only clothes on my back now.This is my last flight on KLM. Avoid them for your sanity!

@MaddockMirror @JimBoardman 2 pictures that don’t lie with fans queueing in an orderly fashion (2 hours before K/O) the next with turnstiles closed for the umpteenth time 90 minutes before K/O. But yeah the narrative was set nice & early with late arrival of fans.

So @KLM @AirFranceKLM lost my baggage on a flight to Las Vegas from Dublin via Amsterdam on April 10th!! Closed my file with my pir# so I can't trace it , " contact your airline ", and keep you on hold for 40 mins and then cut you off Customer service is an absolute disgrace!
