Norman lets it be known what counter he’s looking for early, most times he counters with one shot until he’s in range to let his hands go, I think Haney uses a lot of feints with his hands & feet to read what punches Norman are looking for and neutralizes him keeping him at range

Norman is very good at winning the jab battles against taller fighters but occasionally it’s when their not as active with it and don’t have the speed to match his , Haney is one of if not the most active with his jab

Alot of times he has a tendacy of following an opponent and when cuts the distance he can be squared and at those moment he’s not as sharp, and his punches aren’t as sharp (Sometimes slaps or smothered)

Norman can keep up with Haney with his foot speed but when he gets to his destination he has to have his feet planted and be set in his stance to let his punches go that he wants to hurt Haney with.
