Why do you think you need to go through middle managers? I need things done, I go to the higher managers. Also, how you present yourself matters, you can have a candid conversation with higher managers, not a professional conversation. The higher managers usually guide better and
middle managers are the worst gatekeepers in botswana's corporate structure and are a big part of the reason why things move so slowly in this country now you stuck with their inefficiency while also not having access to exec leadership because someone is on a power trip
