One of the guys who got better as his role increased. Some of the traits he showed in his rookie season are still there (playmaking, taking hits, stepping up at blue line), but his all-around game has blossomed since then.

Took me way too long to check out this venue but it’s definitely one of my favorites. Two stages, great sightlines, outdoor area with food trucks and it was easy to get to the front for Bleeding Through.

Eight years after one season is a little surprising but if he pops off it's a steal & easy to move/fit in if you want to make changes in a few years. He's older than Jarvis was in his rookie season but parts of his game are so similar.

Blake had a nice rookie season starting on the fourth line & earning more minutes. Showed great vision & playmaking along with being a dog on the forecheck. Getting more confidence as a shooter is what I'd like to see next because he deferred to his linemates a little too much.
