My zoomcar story part 4. Given we were at location but there was no car we tried calling the customer care but as people must be aware the chatbot in the app is utter useless and so was the number it provided. The host didnt pick up the phone. @gregmoran.@Zoomcar_India.

My zoomcar story (part - 2). 12 AM: The customer care was too rude and gave us just one alternative car which was 27 kms away. Given it was late we still booked it by paying an extra 5k and started travelling towards the car in cab. 1 AM: guess what. @Zoomcar_India.@gregmoran.

This my zoomcar story (part - 1). 11 pm: I booked a car from zoom for 4 days when we reached the loaction the car was not working and owner told us to cancel the car given the battery has died. We tried calling the customer service . @Zoomcar_India.@ZoomcarBLR.@gregmoran.
