Ready for our final day of adventures at Arthog. The children have had a lovely breakfast and are excited for the day ahead. We even have a birthday to celebrate today.

Some of our children are participating in the Shrewsbury Book Fest Readers to Writers project. They were so excited to welcome Jenny McLachlan, the author of The Land of Roar and Dead Good Detectives for a workshop. The children are now going to write their own wonderful stories.

Yesterday was a special day for the Kindness Ambassadors as they received an award from the Mayor, Cllr Mehta for their work around promoting kindness in school. The ambassadors are working on a Kindness Manifesto for Short Wood and looking at ways they can support wellbeing.
