Let me try help: Sexual activity, whether by choice or co-ercion, without the use of effective contraceptives is the “root cause” of unintended pregnancy. The decision to remain pregnant, or not, is about reproductive autonomy. Saying women seek abortion “for fun” is gaslighting.

At times it’s about the right thing to do, although it may not be a popular decision. Many didn’t like the abolition of the death penalty, but it was done, & justly so. There’ll be no national consensus on legalising abortion either, but the hour has come to do it regardless.
