Although extra curricular sport is not running at the minute, our students are continuing to do us proud outside of school. Congrats to @bryansfordgaa and students Chris and Jack on their championship win. Also congrats to Ben winning Mourne Golf Clubs Juvenile Captains day

What a soccer season these boys have had. To add to their achievement in the NI Cup the boys reached the final of the South Down Cup on Monday and were narrowly beat in last kick of the game. We are sure these boys will continue to strive for success. Well done lads.

Massive win today for our Junior Netballers. A win against Banbridge Academy in the semi final of the NI Plate. We hope they can go one more and bring home some silverware. Very proud of these girls.

What a performance from our U12 footballers today. They battled like mad against a brilliant St. Malachy's, Belfast. Although the result was not what we wanted the college could not be prouder. Great repersentives of @ShimnaIC

Hard luck to our U14 boys losing out to @Wellington_BT7 in the NI cup 3rd Round. On a positive note congrats to our U12 boys who beat Lismore College in their 3rd Round. They will play the winners of Ashfield Boys or St. Malachy's, Belfast. #NICup #shimnape

Unfortunately we have came out on the wrong end of two results this week. Our U16 Rugby team lost out to a strong @LisnagarveyHS side. Our U16 girls Gaelic team battled Gaelcholaiste Dhoire in an Ulster Q/F and just came up short. #shimnape #onwardsandupwards
