Returning Officer Oliver Reid has just announced the turnout figures for the #Orkney and #Shetland: 20,794 votes were cast, from an electorate of 34,236 - a turnout of 60.74%. The turnout figure for the last UK Election in Dec 2019 was 67.93%. #GeneralElection2024 #GE2024
