Sheriff Brian Hawthorne reports that yesterday at 9:30 a.m. Robert Todd Riddle, 56, of Deer Park, Texas, jumped in to the Chambers County waters of Galveston Bay from the Kemah Boardwalk to help a kayaker. Today his body was recovered in the area where he was last seen.
