Its #WorldMentalHealthDay tomorrow, the theme, #mentalhealthatwork. Work can be fun (at times!) but it can also be stressful and a cause of anxiety. Our staff are downing tools & joining service users for a coffee and chat tomorrow from 2.30 - no shop talk allowed!

Did you know its #NationalRelaxationDay ? We have been canvassing opinion here at the office, for the best ways to relax, its a split decision BUT Bubble Baths and handicrafts were most popular - only one for baking pies but a few votes for eating them!

Three years already - it certainly has come on a bit in that time! The staff tend to hold a lot of their meetings in the garden when the weather is good and its picnic season too with a lot of al fresco lunching! Thanks @TheArtsCatalyst for creating this little have for us all.
