Your AD is also struggling to make up that money in other ways and causes a financial strain on an already bleak revenue. Schedule games that MAKE money period. Forget about bragging rights. As for the athletes, if you are good they will find you.

I thought the strong OOC schedules convo died years ago. In today’s NIL/athletics climate, financial stability > bragging rights. A home & home w/ Incarnate Word brings 500 fans. Not worth it. Now you’re forced into a $300K low-tier FBS money game just to flex you played a top 15.
