The Topeka Police Department (TPD) and Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) assisted with the execution of these search warrants. These incidents are still under investigation.

Manuel Torres-Villagrana, 28, of Topeka, was arrested and booked into the SNDOC on the following charges:.▪️ Possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.▪️ Use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

▪️ Distribute opiate/opium/narcotic/certain stimulant.▪️ Use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia . Torres also had two felony warrants for his arrest for probation violations. .

During the investigation, illegal narcotics, drug paraphernalia, a firearm and ammunition were located. Fredie Torres, 38, of Topeka was arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections (SNDOC) on the following charges:.
