Damn I gotta say Sumire looks really good in this cover. Given that it is the last chapter for volume 7, Ikemoto did not disappoint. Big props to him and it looks like Sumire did finish the sword in time which shows her tenacity thanks to Boruto’s future intel.

Yeah, before Naruto became Hokage, he and Boruto always spent time with one another. But Naruto’s position in Konoha came with sacrifice and a ninja has to endure. Boruto understood it later on and now he loves his father more than ever. #Boruto #BorutoTwoBlueVortex
The idea that Naruto was always an absent dad makes no sense because the reason Boruto was mad wasn't because Naruto was never around. It's because he WAS always around for most of their life and was such a great dad that when he became Hokage the shift was too drastic.
