We were talking about premature babies today and my daughter always remembers the stories when she was born. She came to this world at 7 months and doctors said she had some problems. Well, she was born and she was put in the incubator for only 20 mins. She was breathing fine

My 5 am workout today was jogging to the Church because I had men's prayer meeting at 6 am. 3 miles to go and 3 to go come back... Great sessions for my mind and body.

When I helped you battle your alcohol addiction, I knew it was worth it. I knew you would become a better person, and you were already smart but doubted yourself. I think about you and that time a lot and use you as an example. I am so happy I never gave up on you brother.
@ShawnDevDedalus It was like me a few years ago battling alcohol addiction ( which you helped me though), I blamed everyone apart from myself to why I was not getting that promotion. Why my relationships were failing. Only on deep reflection it was all down to me, my bad choices. Least I noticed
