#DisabilityPower100 alumnus @AmoSinghRaju OBE DL, is to step down from his position of CEO @_DDGroup . Dr Raju has pledged to continue to support the charity though – taking up a role as an ambassador. He has been a finalist for the #DP100 finalist twice, in 2021 and 2023.

However, what this event highlighted was that success comes from high quality IPS delivery. This delivery also needs to be effectively integrated into local health systems and linked to effective employer engagement and support.

With the new Universal Support programme likely to adopted both IPS and devolved commissioning, this is our System Change approach in action.

Through our extensive experience, we see how this approach helps thousands with health conditions and disabilities secure good work. Partnering with local authorities and health service providers maximises support through a single front door and integrated delivery.

Shaw Trust adopted the IPS model over seven years ago and has become the leading provider in England.

Colleagues, employers, NHS practice managers, and participants all had the opportunity to engage and talk about their experience with IPS.

✅ An NHS practice manager highlighted the essential integration of IPS into primary care. ✅ Our dedicated colleagues shared their own experiences, demonstrating clear purpose and passion in their roles to help others change their lives.

✅ We heard first-hand from local residents about their incredible recovery journeys. ✅ Families and friends shared how they have seen the positive impact of the programme on their loved ones, providing direction in their lives and restoring confidence.

Last Friday, Shaw Trust hosted the West London Works celebration event, and we couldn't be prouder of the achievements showcased. The event brought to life how both our IPS programme, and devolved commissioning, are positively changing lives and supporting local communities.
