The children in Year 2 had a fabulous morning learning about animals and how to handle them safely. Well done.

Year 1 had a great morning at Aston Parish Church. We learnt lots of interesting facts from Rev. Fiona about the church and what normally happens when Christians visit a church. We were given time to look around the church and handle pieces that are used in communion.

We'd like wish our Shaw Hill community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We break up for the Christmas holiday's on Thursday 18th December and school will reopen on Monday 5th January at 8.40. May we take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.

Our Archery Club takes place every Friday. The children are really enjoying learning a new skill.

Our Fencing Team is doing a fantastic job in making Shaw Hill very proud. They have been learning to Fence for three years and already winning competitions. Keep it up. 🏆

Knitting club has started up, not only for the children but for the teachers too. A great way to relax! Year 6 children are also teaching the younger one's too.
