I am representing HE @edmnangagwa at the UNGA in New York. I have had the honour of meeting with the UN Secretary General @antonioguterres and participating in various engagements such as the Summit of the Future and the Non Aligned Movement Ministerial meeting.

TICAD, the Tokyo International Conference on African Development, is the vehicle which drives cooperation between African countries and Japan.

I just landed in Tokyo for the TICAD Ministerial meeting. As I was getting ready to leave, I had an engaging conversation with the Japanese Ambassador to Zimbabwe, H.E. Shinichi Yamanaka, and the JICA Resident Representative, Mr. Shigeki Furuta, at the airport.

Participation by H.E the President at this event further solidifies the standing excellent relations between the two countries.

What an active & productive period we are in! As SADC Snr Officials were meeting in Hre, I had the pleasure to accompany His Excellency the President, @edmnangagwa, to Kigali, to witness the inauguration of the President of Rwanda, HE , Paul Kagame.

It was a pleasure to touch base with our Honorary Consul in the Republic of Korea, Mr. Tae-In Alex Baik. He is working very hard to promote brand Zimbabwe and is an important contact point for our nationals in the Republic of Korea.

It was a pleasure to catch up with an old friend, Minister Cho Tae-yul @FMChoTaeyul & discuss ways to boost the excellent relations btwn Zimbabwe & the Republic of Korea through enhanced trade & economic cooperation. Afterwards, we signed the Bilateral Air Services Agreement

Just attended the Nordic-African Foreign Minister's meeting in Denmark. Had wonderful discussions about the partnership and challenges to multilateralism. The meeting ended with Zimbabwe being  given the honour to host the meeting next year.  Looking forward to it!

The fates of our two nations are closely intertwined, as demonstrated by our numerous joint collaborative projects in the economic sphere. Zimbabwe’s success is Zambia’s success and vice versa.

Zimbabwe and Zambia are like Siamese twins. It was a pleasure to review the status of our excellent bilateral collaboration with my colleague, Hon. Mulambo Haimbe at the Zimbabwe/Zambia Joint Permanent Commission of Cooperation.

Fruitful meeting of the SADC Council of Ministers in Luanda, we reviewed implementation of SADC Summit decisions, and dealt with critical issues regarding our Missions in Mozambique and DRC and the establishment of SADC Humanitarian and Emergency Centre, among others.

AU sessions are a wonderful opportunity to pursue bilateral engagements as many countries are gathered in one place. I was glad to have such an interaction with my counterpart from Benin @shegunbakari. We made such inspiring plans to bring our countries closer.

A pleasure to touch base with my Gambian colleague today, Dr. Mamadou Tangara, another long-time friend and brother. We discussed various issues, including our countries' respective candidatures to key multilateral bodies. @MOFAGambia

It was great to meet& exchange notes with my Ethiopian colleague, Hon. Amb. Taye Atske Selassie. We talked about a number of issues, including how to increase our trade & promote tourism between our countries. Looking forward to working with an old friend @TayeAtske @mfaethiopia

Proudly Zimbabwean at the Ministerial session of the AU Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa! We are assessing progress in our continental programmes &  discussing issues affecting the continent in preparation for the  Heads of State & Gvt who will join us soon.

I am in Uganda for the Ministerial meeting of the 19th Non Aligned Movement Summit. NAM, which counts the majority of countries in the world as its members, is an important voice as we navigate the multiple and complex global challenges that confront us today.

It's been a busy period. Coming from France, I joined HE @edmnangagwa here in Dubai where the atmosphere is one of expectation for tangible action on Climate related challenges. Climate change is happening, we keenly feel its impact.

Productive first day in Algeria! I started by exchanging views with my counterpart Hon Ahmed Attaf on issues of mutual interest on the bilateral, regional & global spheres. Ready for similarly fruitful deliberations at the Africa-Nordic Foreign Minister's mtng in the coming days

After a fruitful visit to Türkiye, I am excited by the keen interest in what Zimbabwe has to offer. I'm encouraged by the rapidly growing trade between us. In various interactions, I shared my vision of growing the value of our trade to $USD 100 million as a start. We can do it!
