14HR ✈️ ➡️Did you know that flying makes you retain water? If you ever feel bloated or “thicker” than you want to after a flight, it’s normal. TIP: the more water in, the more water out. That, combined with taking dandelion root for 2 days and you should be fine.

I don’t think I really appreciated the art of the body until I got into bodybuilding! And to be clear, I love all bodies! Thicc, lean, beefy, curvy and muscular. I just think it’s amazing how you can transform your body into its best form by being consistent!
