It’s official, today was my hardest workout yet. I’m back on the floor and it’s been an hour since my workout finished! 😂👏🏽 Reality: The stronger you get the better you’ll feel but the more you have to work! It’s possible! You can do it!
The joy of knowing you don’t have to be a lower weight to be ripped is the greatest mental gift of my journey. Right now I’m about 13% body fat and this bulking is giving me fuel and confidence.
