As I said yesterday, 5000 Marines, for what? To invade Iran, no, it’s an expeditionary force. Shouldn’t this have been deployed earlier? Everything seems knee jerk.
Trump went to war with Iran, and nobody thought to say, "Maybe we should have that 2,500-man Marine Expeditionary Unit that is hanging around Puerto Rico move to Oman ... like we've done for almost 40 years, you know, just in case?" No. No, they did not. Fucking Military

The only thing stopping me from heading back to Mariupol and taking back my house is the Russian army, who would likely shoot me in my vehicle.

Congress did not vote to authorize the war before the strikes began. It’s now developing into something major with public opinion low and people asking why? Already, mission expectations have been downgraded, where is it going? When the Secretary for War is attacking press
Marjorie Taylor Greene says Americans are owed answers on the U.S. war with Iran: "There are so many innocent people dying...The little girls school is such an outrage...We did not vote for this. We voted for an end to foreign wars."

Pete Hegseth gives military briefings like a private — gung-ho rhetoric, simplistic answers, and when challenged he looks to his seniors… just like a private. The problem is, he’s the one in charge.
Pete Hegseth should save his “trash talk” for his Podcast Bros. The reason PROFESSIONAL WARRIORS avoid unnecessary TAUNTING of the Enemy: it can come back and Bite, HARD. And it’s the PILOTS who fly over enemy territory at Risk. I served with FOUR PILOTS who got shot down and

It seems lessons haven’t been learned 🤦‍♂️ It’s a remarkably similar trajectory, the lies the administrations spinning. This early too.

I’d love to be wrong for once. But there were never any real peace talks, no meaningful pressure on Russia, and now Trump has lifted sanctions, effectively gifting Moscow money to prolong the war. No accountability for failing to end the conflict. Just another Trump excuse that
The United States asked to postpone the talks indefinitely due to the fighting in the Middle East, and Russia does not want to meet on American territory — Zelensky

I can’t emphasize the anger at Trumps decision to lift sanctions on Russia. This will not just cost Ukrainian lives, but the lives of US service personnel. It’s diabolical
The latest step, and a major one, in the Trump administration’s consistent efforts to keep the Russian army in the field against Ukraine. https://t.co/MqTmJvkAc4

But……! Bloomberg reports that the United States has sent 10,000 Merops drones, originally developed in Ukraine, to the Middle East to help defend against Iranian drone attacks. Each drone typically costs around $14,000–$15,000, although bulk orders can reduce the price to
