Let’s talk openly about periods. Let’s ensure everyone has access to menstrual products, proper education, and safe spaces. Menstruation should never be a barrier to education, health, or dignity. Periods are powerful – not shameful.

Menstruation is natural. Myths, shame, and taboos around it need to be challenged through education and open conversations in schools and communities. At @SharuNest We carried out a Girl to a Pad Campaign at Bamusuta primary school in Nagalaama #VoiceOfAction

One school, one community, one child at a time👌 With the @YALIRLCAlumniUg family, it's nice sharing with learners in rural schools because that's always where the story of greatness starts for countless random children 📍📌 @BwanikaCharles

Today, together with @SharuNest we had amazing conversations with young girls and boys of Bamuusuta Primary School in Nnagalama Mukono District. We had sessions on career, creativity & definitely talked SRH expounding on MHM after which we gave 50 girls pads. Priceless moments.
