After my first 6 months focused on track , I'm proud of the accomplishments that I've made. Within 6 months alone, I've managed to drop my open 400m time from 49.1 to 46.6 as well as my 200m from 23.7 to 21.9. Also placing 2nd in the 400 at Jo's my first year running summer track

Weāve got field events too! Incoming senior @Domeniquexsmith has been diligently working on her craft in the high jump with a PR of 5ā6ā. Each year she has improved inch by inch. She also has experience in the multi events specializing in the hurdles (16.18) and 200m dash.

Next up on our Class of 2026āers is @D1J2Rhine Timothy Rhine is a dual hurdler. He has a PR of 13.89(w) in the 110h, 37.33 in the 300h, and 55.94 in the 400h. His work ethic and dedication are the traits that will benefit any program he is apart of. He gets better every year!!!

Itās recruiting time! Letās start with @jaden_small7! Jaden is a super versatile track athlete boasting PRās of 23.20 in the 200 and 55.14 in the 400. GPA 3.54. Expect big things for her this upcoming season and she will be participating in the AAU Junior Olympics this summer!
