particular networking was to celebrate #internationalwomensday & the incredible women of #Bedford - but I had a word with myself & walked through the doors of @foundrybedford to be met by a friendly hello & smiles all round It was great to chat with @ericaroffe @serendipitastic

So today I stepped out of my comfort zone & attended my first ever networking meeting. Now give me a stage with 1000 people to sing in front of I’m in my element, but walking into a new room & having to ‘speak’ to people - that fills me with anxiety. Whether it was knowing this

As many studies show, music & dance from a young age is beneficial for vocabulary, improving gross motor skills, balance & self-expression (plus more!) Not forgetting, music helps to strengthen memory skills for children & adults. #music4all #intergenerationalprogramme #singing
