A3 #CollabTalk one of the biggest challenges I see is that if people can't get the result they want easily, they give up and won't use it. having a curious mindset, being willing to try, try again, and experiment is key. it also takes work to build habits, which is hard for some.

A1: for many people I talk to, they now "brainstorm" with their Copilot / AI assistant first, before collaborating with others. For me personally, it's like a helper I use throughout the day - it isn't quite there yet for me to be able to use it as an additional team member.
