So proud today to launch Queensland’s first ever social enterprise strategy. Our social enterprises support over 4000 Qlders into jobs - Qlders with a disability or who have struggle to find work. And we want to help them grow and create even more jobs @QSocEnt #qldpol

It seems the more people hear from @TimNichollsMP the less likely they are to vote for him #peoplesforum #jobsnotcuts #qldvotes

So proud to be supporting @AnnastaciaMP in driving more women to join our government boards and bodies. Fantastic to hear we are at 47% and on track to meet our target of 50% women by 2020 #getonboardQLD

EAT MY FEAR The 3 words tattooed on the back of the hand of Grace Tame - 2021's Australian of the Year. Through her courage and advocacy, she overturned a law preventing sexual assault survivors from speaking out. A truly deserving accolade 🙌

Thanks to the Waterford locals who have donated old phones to help women escaping violence. If you have an old phone lying around you can drop it off to my electorate office in Waterford West.

In 1965, Merle Thornton and her friend Rosalie Bogner chained themselves to a bar rail at the Regatta Hotel to protest the exclusion of serving women in pubs in Qld. I was incredibly saddened to hear of her passing today.
