A privilege to support this programme on behalf of Health Promotion in @Ch6East and it's great to see such a proactive initiative developed from the ground up through the collaboration of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Making Connections.

Fantastic morning in Little Bray with 30 different local organisations providing information on different health and wellbeing supports available to the local community.
We had a great turnout for yesterday’s Health & Wellbeing fair in Little Bray organised by our local Health & Wellbeing team with @BrayAreaPartner. The fun & interactive event informed people about community-based services including @slaintecare Healthy Communities programmes👏
