The @NYCCouncil just passed two important climate bills to require resiliency guidelines for all major capital projects and to make PACE green financing available for new construction. I want to thank @NYCSpeakerCoJo and @JustinBrannan for their support on these bills!

@NYCMayor I’ve been trying to build secure bike parking stations in partnership with your administration for 3 years now? It’s been a slog. Btw, they’re free to the public, popular with communities and cost city nothing If we can’t even do that, then wym by “bold & innovative?”
