I don’t think I can ever live in the US. The amount of amazing things Sweden offers from free healthcare to free education to 1yr paid maternity leave to being a feminist and pro women country is the life I love! Life is so simple and calm here ❤️

In Russia it is a maximum of 3 years. But after 1½ year you can choose to stop getting the paid maternity leave money and go back fully to your work or continue staying at home until 3 years. But the minimum time you must stay at home is 1½ years. Free healthcare too

Meanwhile, I was hustling in the US for daycare/babysitter at 3 months cos I had to go back to work! 😭 I’m lucky cos some don’t even get as much as I did.
