Been saying this for a while. If the AppStore drives the traffic it should take a higher cut, but if traffic is driven from outside the store, 15-30% seems incredibly high (when combined with the $99 yearly fee).
in light of the EU ruling today i’ve been thinking more about what sort of fees i would feel are fair for the app store/developers. - 15/30% on revenue sourced organically from the app store - 3/5% on revenue sourced outside of the app store
