Cooperation with the @EIB is crucial in mitigating the devastating consequences of the war. Today, I had very good meeting with EIB President @NadiaCalvino to discuss ongoing projects. The EIB's project portfolio in 🇺🇦 is one of the largest among IFIs totaling €4.9b.

I am happy to meet in Rome a friend of Ukraine, @WorldBank MD @bjerde_anna. Discussed the sources of🇺🇦budget financing in 2026 and the implementation of joint projects. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, WB has mobilized critical support to meet🇺🇦’s priority budget needs

On the margins of #URC2025, I signed a $50m grant agreement w/ @WorldBank @bob_saum to support farmers under the #ARISE project. This is crucial aid to restore Ukraine’s agricultural sector. Since 2023, ARISE has supported thousands of🇺🇦farms operating under wartime conditions.

🇫🇷 France supports Ukraine in strengthening the fight against money laundering & terrorism financing. At #URC2025 in Rome, I signed an MoU with @PelletJeremie @expertisefrance to boost 🇺🇦's AML/CFT capacity and alignment with EU standards - a step toward greater transparency.

A vital contribution to 🇺🇦’s State #Budget - $500m allocated from the @IMFNews. This is the result of the successful 8th review of the cooperation program EFF. Our focus is now on preparing for the 9th review of the Program. The EFF lays the foundation for economic #recovery.
