To be fair, this isn’t rare. 😅 There’s a LONG and storied history of actresses winning an Oscar and then going on to make some of the worst movies of their career for a looooong period of time. 😩 See: Halle Berry, Nicole Kidman, Renée Zellweger… the list goes on!.
I like how after she won her Oscar for her acclaimed performance in WEST SIDE STORY(2021), Ariana DeBose defied all odds, asking the question “what if I continued on in my career with the worst filmography in Hollywood”.

STORY TIME: Few years ago some badgers got into my yard that attracted foxes who tore them tf up. Earlier today I was walking in my yard and noticed this hole in the ground. My mind jumps to badgers and I’m like “ahhh shit gotta protect these dudes”. I take a peak inside: nothing

I’m running to help my dog but that attracts the bees to me. Now we’re both getting swarmed, we’re both getting stung and I’m still over here thinking about Weapons. 😭 I do my best to run inside and get the bees off us both. I make it in… RUN for my wallet buy the tickets

As I run back, I notice a bunch of flies swarming the hole. “Oh shit” I think as I get closer anticipating a dead badger I must have missed…. Nope. Not flies. BEES… LOTS OF THEM. 😭 and worst of all??? THEY’RE SWARMING AROUND MY DOG. At this point I HIT it.

I make a note to check back and walk you to the other side of my yard. As I get there, I get a notif from my theater that they’re doing a mystery horror movie screening. I freak… thinking: IT MUST BE WEAPONS!!! So I get excited and start RUNNING towards the house to buy tickets.

Another movie I was shocked to have never heard of! FLAWLESS is an interesting entry in Joel Schumacher’s post-Batman filmography that tries to blend the crime thriller genre with queer found family genre to mixed results. Still… I enjoyed it for what it was! #30daysofpride
