It's important to understand that you don't have to share everything if you don't want to. Don't share anything that is too sensitive for you to share. This doesn't mean to not share anything just out of fear of embarrassment, though.

When I say "use criticism as fuel" what I'm really saying is criticism is meant to help you improve. Take what you learn from the criticism and apply it to your next project. Keep the content train rolling and improving.

You build resilience by doing something again and again. Your ability to take criticism is just like a muscle. It may sting at first, but if you can pick through the BS and actually find something to take away from it to improve you're work, you're golden.
