After a long day, @JoeMerrick and I finally made it into the newly reopened Pokémon Center Nagoya. While Joe is representing both his and Nagoya’s mascot, Celebi, I decided to show off the wish maker, Jirachi! May everyone’s wishes come true over time through Pokémon!

Then and now. Eight years ago I was hired to work as a Miiverse Community Insights Specialist with Nintendo of America. This ultimately culminated in my decision to move to Japan to become a video game producer. Today I visited the office where it all began.
