Closing the loop! ♻️ As part of our new recycling scheme, we’ll collecting and reusing all the polyurethane foam waste from our PURe® aluminium windows and doors. Our approach is expected to: ✅ Reduce carbon emissions ✅ Cut waste ✅ Lessen demand for raw materials

Our systems at the state-of-the-art Sherwood Observatory! 🪐 We supplied our high-performance aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling for the new Planetarium & Science Discovery Centre - which is set to become a leading hub for science and education in the UK!

Shining a spotlight on our UK sourced closed-loop recycled aluminium ♻️ Our full range is available under the offering and will contain a minimum of 75% recycled content from post-consumer scrap materials which are sourced and processed in the UK using low-carbon methods.

Our PURe® windows, PURe® Commercial Doors & SF52 curtain wall are at home at Sheffield's Soho Yard 🏠 Working closely with @bandkbuild, @5plusarch and @HKLSpecialists throughout the design and build phases, we provided technical support, U-value targets and Part L compliance.

Smarter fabrication 💪 Our new SPD150 high-usage door features pre-fabricated top and bottom rail plates and square-cut components mechanically jointed using self-tapping screws and shear blocks - simplifying construction  and improving build consistency.

This #RecycleWeek, we’re proud to launch our new waste reduction initiative! ♻️ All polyurethane foam waste generated during the manufacture of our PURe® systems will be collected and reused.  It’s how we're working towards a fully closed-loop recycling process.
