The average age of farmers in NY is 59 and increasing, and we need to cultivate the next generation. I was happy to see that the Governor this week signed into law a bill I co-sponsor, introduced by @RachelMayNY, to establish a Young Farmer Apprenticeship Program at BOCES. 1/2
