I am proud sponsor Senate Bill 10 and to join with my colleagues and to stand up for children and their future by passing the Pennsylvania Award for Student Success scholarship program out of the Senate Education Committee.
PA students stuck in underperforming schools deserve a chance to pursue better educational opportunities. The Pennsylvania Award for Student Success (PASS) scholarship program, passed Tuesday by the Senate Education Committee, will do that.
